Health & Medical Coverage
All eligible full-time employees are offered:
Private Health Insurance Plan: Covers general medical, hospitalization, and some specialist care
Dental and Vision Coverage: Annual check-ups, basic procedures, and optical reimbursements
Mental Health Support: Includes access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with free, confidential counseling sessions
Coverage typically begins after your first 30 days of employment unless otherwise specified.
