Welcome to BlueDocs ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our documentation platform and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Accounts and Registration

When you register for an account with BlueDocs, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. BlueDocs cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. Subscription Terms and Billing

BlueDocs offers subscription plans at $6 per user per month. You agree to pay all fees associated with your account. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. 4. User Content

Our Service allows you to create, upload, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, documents, or other material ("User Content"). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available via our Service.

5. Intellectual Property

BlueDocs and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights therein. The BlueDocs name and logos are trademarks of BlueDocs, and may not be used without permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of third parties
• Transmit any material that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any systems or networks connected to the Service

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BlueDocs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
