    Health & Medical Coverage

    All eligible full-time employees are offered:

    • Private Health Insurance Plan: Covers general medical, hospitalization, and some specialist care
    • Dental and Vision Coverage: Annual check-ups, basic procedures, and optical reimbursements
    • Mental Health Support: Includes access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with free, confidential counseling sessions

    Coverage typically begins after your first 30 days of employment unless otherwise specified.


    Retirement & Financial Benefits

    • Retirement Plan / Superannuation: Company contributions are made to your nominated retirement fund in accordance with local laws (e.g. 401(k), Super)
    • Salary Packaging Options: Where applicable, you may salary-sacrifice items such as laptops or parking
